  Areas of use

  A) 1st time highlights on virgin or pre-colored hair

  • Preparation:
    Depending on the desired degree of lightening and consistency, mix Blondor Extra Cool Blonde with Welloxon Perfect 6%, 9% or 12% or Color Touch Emulsion 1.9% or 4% in a ratio of 1:1 up to 1:1.5 in a non-metallic bowl.
  • Application:
    Apply the bleaching mass evenly to the unwashed hair. The development time depends on the condition of the hair and the desired blonde result. Follow below recommendations in the table:
    * Compared to standard lighteners w/o toning

  B) Highlights on already highlighted hair

  • Preparation:
    Mix 1 part Blondor Extra Cool Blonde and 1 part Blondor Multi Blonde Powder with Welloxon Perfect 6%, 9% or 12% or Color Touch Emulsion 1.9% or 4% in a ratio of Blondor mix: developer of 1:1 up to 1:1.5 in a non-metallic bowl.
  • Application:
    Apply the bleaching mass evenly to the unwashed hair. The development time depends on the condition of the hair and the desired blonde result. As the toning is more diluted, you have more flexibility with regards to the development time than in the pure product usage. Note: For time-consuming full-head foiling techniques we recommend to work with a lower strength of Welloxon.

  C) Root application / full head application

  • Preparation:
    Mix 1 part Blondor Extra Cool Blonde and 1 part Blondor Multi Blonde Powder with Welloxon Perfect 6% as a maximum in a ratio of Blondor mix: developer of 1:1 up to 1:1.5 in a non-metallic bowl.
  • Application:
    Apply the bleaching mass evenly to the unwashed hair. The development time depends on the condition of the hair and the desired blonde result. As the product is more diluted, you have more flexibility with regards to the development time than in its pure usage. Please apply the product first on the roots and only in the last 3-5 minutes in lengths and end.
    Aftertreatment
    Rinse out the bleaching mixture thoroughly with lukewarm water and shampoo. Apply BLONDOR BLONDE SEAL & CARE evenly to damp hair for neutralization and stabilization of the color result.
    Note for all applications
    Carefully check hair every 5-10 minutes during lightening process. Do not proceed further if adverse reaction occurs during treatment (e.g. itching, burning or rash or any unexpected reaction). Stop and immediately rinse with lukewarm water. If necessary, seek medical treatment. The maximum total development time is 50 minutes.

  Mixing Recommendation

BLONDE MECHES

Mixing Recommendation

• Mix the three system components in a non-metallic bowl:
  1. 30 ml (= 1/2 tube) Cream Hair Color Base
  2. 30 g (= 1 sachet) Booster Powder
  3. 30-60 ml Welloxon Perfect
• Depending on the degree of lightening required, mix with Welloxon Perfect 6%, 9% or 12 %.

Application & Development Time

• Apply bleaching mass evenly to sections to be highlighted (on unwashed hair).
• After development time of 15 minutes using additional heat (or 30-40 minutes without heat), a lightening of up to 5 levels will be achieved.
• After 15 minutes, lightening performance is significantly reduced by means of the auto-control mechanism.

After Treatment

• Rinse out bleaching mixture thoroughly with lukewarm water and shampoo.
