A long-term program launched in 2011 by Wella and UNICEF in collaboration with hairstylists and clients around the world, the WELLA-UNICEF MAKING WAVES program offers the gift of education to vulnerable young people in emerging countries.

BECOME A MENTOR

As a Wella Stylist, you may have the chance to pack up your tools and spend 2 weeks sharing your knowledge and passion for hair with our students in Vietnam or Romania. Wella Professionals and UNICEF's local partners will give you comprehensive training and cover all your expenses, logistical and security needs.
