Rated 5 out of 5 by Barb99 from Took a chance - loved it! I read SO many reviews/watched videos before trying T18 on my brown hair w/ blonde highlights. Did highlights myself, didn't leave bleach on long enough, ended up with brassy orange highlights. I was so scared that T18 would turn my highlights white, or lighten my brown base colour. Finally did it this week and I love it. I mixed it with a 20 developer, left it in for 20 mins (could have gone another 10 mins) and my highlights turned a very natural ashy blonde that blended really well with my base colour. They darkened a bit, which for me was great. In case you're not sure whether to try it, I say go for it. So glad I did! Also - only used about a third of the bottle so more for next time!

Rated 5 out of 5 by Geoboz from Works great when used correctly Look, if you follow the directions, toners work! They should only be used to correct bleached hair with a 10 volume developer, which only deposits toning with no lifting. You have to get to the right level of lightness with bleach for toners to work. With that in mind, you have to match the bleached level to the toner level. For example, if you bleach your hair to a level 9, then you need to use a level 9 toner to correct the brassiness of the bleach.

Rated 1 out of 5 by Tessie from Grey roots turned orange I am currently growing my gray hair out. I went to the hairdresser and had highlights which were toned to an ash blonde to help cover the line of my gray hair and dyed light brown hair. Two months later my toner was fading so I bought the T14 and 20 developer and applied it for 20 minutes. The results were all my new growth of gray hair turned orange. Washed my hair again 24 hours later and the same results. Any help appreciated.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Tiara from Amazing! I bleached my hair to lift the semi permanent color from it. My hair turned bright highlighter pink!!! Luckily I had Wella T14 toner tucked away. It got rid of the pink and toned my hair so beautifully to an ash blonde color that is perfect for my skin tone!!!

Rated 3 out of 5 by BlondeJess from T18 & T10 on Level 10 Blonde with Level 7 Roots So I used t18 first and my hair was almost an icy lavender tone. The t18 did a very nice job of getting rid of brass and my roots were reduced from a copper tone to a light almost dirty blonde. The roots were nonetheless, still brassy and looking back, I should have just used t18 again. I had also purchased t10 to mix with the t18 but I did not have enough developer at the time. t10 made my hair almost silver, definitely an ash blonde throughout the lengths but my roots got much darker! Now I not only have coppery roots, again, but they are more like a level 6. I would recommend t18 but not t10, especially not for level 8 and up blondes. So disappointed with t10. Also, I have very long hair and one bottle was almost enough for me but I was mostly focusing on my root area.
