STEP 1

SECTION HAIR

Using the edge of a pointed tip comb, start at the hairline and create a zig-zag parting in the centre, moving to the back of the head. Then, separate the front, face-framing section of hair with grips.

STEP 2

CONTOUR YOUR COLOR

Mix Koleston Color Cream in 12/81 with the developer, shaking in the bottle to blend. Put on the gloves and apply formula to the front section of hair, using fingertips to blend from the mid-lengths to tips. Wait 20 minutes for color to develop.

STEP 3

GET GLOWTOURING

Next, mix up Koleston Highlighter and use the application brush to blend it on top of the color cream. Blend with fingertips to ensure even coverage, wait for 20 minutes, then wash hair with a color-locking shampoo.

STEP 4

SMOOTH AND CONDITION

Smooth Extra Glow Conditioner (part of the Koleston Color Cream Kit) all over clean, towel-dried hair. Comb through to detangle, then rinse clean.

STEP 5

GLOSS AND GLOW

Give hair a glossy blow out to show your new hair contour in all its glowing glory. To add an extra shine boost, lightly mist Wellaflex Shiny Hold Ultra Strong Hairspray all over to finish.
