NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN IN THE WELLA PROFESSIONALS #SMOOTHFILLERSUMMER CONTEST (THE “CONTEST’). A PURCHASE WILL NOT IMPROVE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By participating in the contest, each contestant represents and warrants that they meet the eligibility requirements stated in these terms and conditions (“T&Cs”) and acknowledges that failure to meet all eligibility requirements will disqualify them from the contest.

2. Who may enter

Contest is open to participants worldwide, who at the time of entry are: (i) aged 18 years or older, (ii) a member of the Wella Professionals community, including Passionistas, Coloristas, and members of the Wella Professional Global Hair Community, and (iii) following @wellahair on Instagram or TikTok, or an approved member of the Wella Global Hair Community group on Facebook (collectively referred to hereafter as “you” or “Contestant” or “Contestants”).

Contestants must have an Instagram or TikTok account to enter the Contest.

Employees of the Promoter, its affiliates, agencies, and their immediate family members or household members are not eligible.

The Contest is void where prohibited or restricted by local law. Contestants are solely responsible for determining whether participation in the Contest is lawful in their jurisdiction. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entry from a jurisdiction where the Contest cannot lawfully be conducted.

3. Contest entry period

Contest begins at 09:00 CET on the 1st of May 2026 and concludes at 23:59 CET on the 28th of May 2026 (the “Contest Entry Period”). Entries received after this time will not be considered.

4. Contest objective

The objective of the Contest is for Contestants to showcase their professional use of Wella Professionals SmoothFiller, highlighting transformation results and at least one (1) product benefit from a choice of: humidity-proof performance, faster styling, and long-lasting results.

5. Submittal of entries

During the Contest Entry Period:

i. Create a thirty (30) seconds (or less) video showcasing a hair transformation using Wella Professionals SmoothFiller and highlighting at least one (1) product benefit from a choice of: humidity-proof performance, faster styling, and long-lasting results.

ii. Post your video on Instagram or TikTok with the hashtag #SmoothFillerSummer and tag @wellahair.

iii. Follow @wellahair on Instagram or TikTok (or both).

Points i-iii (above) are collectively referred to hereafter as your “Entry”. If a video exceeds thirty (30) seconds, only the first thirty (30) seconds will be judged. Limit: one (1) Entry per Contestant, per platform. If more than one (1) Entry is received from an individual via the same platform, only the first Entry will be considered for judging. No person may win more than 1 Prize.

If a Contestant’s Instagram or TikTok account is set to “protected or private mode” during the Contest Entry Period and/or up to one (1) week after the Contest Entry Period, the Entry will not be visible to Promoter and, therefore, will not be received by Promoter, resulting in Contestant’s failure to participate in the Contest.

Contestant must be the holder of the social media account from which the Entry is received.

Entries containing content that is inappropriate, defamatory, obscene, offensive, or that infringes any third-party intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or publicity rights will be disqualified at the Promoter's sole discretion.

6. Consents

All entrants represent and warrant that they have obtained written consent from every identifiable person in their video, before filming.

Before Wella announces any winners or makes any promotional use of winning content, the entrants require each winner to submit a signed release from every client appearing in the winning video.

7. Judging

Judging will be conducted following the conclusion of the Contest Entry Period and conclude on or about 18:00 CET on the 1st of June 2026. All eligible Entries will be judged by a panel of no fewer than three (3) Wella professionals (“Judges”) to determine the top winning Entries. All Entries will be judged on, and points awarded on a scale for each of the following criteria:

i. Transformation impact (1/3);

ii. Product demonstration (1/3) – including but not limited to: explaining the product benefits, showing the product in use;

iii. Creativity (1/3) – including but not limited to: originality, overall aesthetic sense, storytelling.

8. Winner selection & notification

There will be a total of three (3) winners, one (1) per Prize. Potential winners will be notified via Direct Message by 18:00 CET on 2nd June 2026 to their Instagram or TikTok account, and must respond within 24 hours. Failure to do so will result in the prize being automatically forfeited to the next highest-scoring eligible Contestant, as determined by the Judges.

Conditions: the winner for First Prize must be available to travel from 13th of June 2026 and 16th of June 2026, and must have a valid passport.

9. Prize details

1. One (1) First Prize: Winner will receive one (1) ticket to attend HairCon (“Event”) to occur between the 14th of June 2026 and the 15th of June 2026 in Manchester, United Kingdom, plus accommodation and round trip economy class airfare. Event ticket will include exclusive access to the Wella VIP area on 14-15th of June 2026, and backstage access with James Earnshaw on 14th of June 2026.

All meals, ground transportation, taxes, gratuities, incidentals, upgrades, visa or visa waiver or travel permit fees, insurance fees, service charges, spending money or other expenses not specified herein are not included and are the sole responsibility of winner.

Approximate retail value of the First Prize: CHF [●]. Any difference between the stated approximate retail value and the actual value of the Prize will not be awarded. Winner is solely responsible for any applicable taxes, duties, or levies arising from receipt of the Prize.

2. One (1) Second Prize: Winner will receive ten (10) SmoothFiller 500ml jars shipped to the Winner’s salon (valued at 1,300 EUR based on France pricing in EUR).

3. One (1) Third Prize: Winner will receive five (5) SmoothFiller 500ml jars shipped to the Winner’s salon (valued at 650 EUR based on France pricing in EUR).

The Prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable, and not redeemable for cash.

10. Intellectual Property

By submitting an Entry, each Contestant:

(a) grants to the Promoter a worldwide, royalty-free, irrevocable, perpetual, sublicensable licence to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, display, and otherwise exploit the Entry, in whole or in part, in any media or format now known or hereafter developed, for the Promoter's marketing, advertising, and promotional purposes, without further compensation or notice to the Contestant;

(b) represents and warrants that: (i) the Entry is the Contestant's original work; (ii) the Entry does not infringe or violate any third-party intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or publicity rights; and (iii) the Contestant has obtained all necessary consents and releases from any individuals appearing in the Entry, including salon clients;

(c) waives, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, any moral rights in and to the Entry; and

(d) agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Promoter and its affiliates from any claims arising out of or related to the Contestant's Entry, including any claim that the Entry infringes third-party rights.

The Promoter is not obligated to use any Entry.

11. Data Protection

The data controller for personal data collected in connection with the Contest is Wella International Operations Switzerland S.à.r.l., Chemin Louis-Hubert 1, 1213 Petit-Lancy, Switzerland.

In connection with the Contest, the Promoter will collect and process the following personal data: social media handles, video content, name, contact information, and (for winners) shipping address, passport details, and travel information. This data will be processed for the purposes of administering the Contest, selecting winners, fulfilling prizes, and (where consent is given) promoting the Contest and the Promoter's products.

The legal basis for processing is the Contestant's consent, given by submitting an Entry, and the Promoter's legitimate interest in administering the Contest. Personal data of winners may be transferred to service providers and partners located outside of Switzerland, including in the United Kingdom for First Prize fulfillment. Such transfers will be subject to appropriate safeguards in accordance with the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP).

Contestants may withdraw their consent at any time by contacting the Promoter at [insert email address]. Withdrawal of consent will not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out prior to withdrawal but may result in the Contestant's disqualification from the Contest.

12. General Conditions

(a) Limitation of Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Promoter, its affiliates, and their respective directors, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for: (i) any injury, loss, or damage of any kind arising from participation in the Contest or acceptance, use, or misuse of any Prize; (ii) any technical failures, errors, or malfunctions of any kind, including any failure of Instagram or TikTok; or (iii) any Entry that is lost, late, misdirected, incomplete, or unintelligible.

(b) Right to Disqualify. The Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any Contestant who tampers with the entry process, violates these T&Cs, or acts in a disruptive or unsportsmanlike manner.

(c) Right to Modify or Cancel. The Promoter reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the Contest, in whole or in part, at any time and for any reason, including without limitation in the event of fraud, technical issues, or any other factor that impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Contest.

(d) Force Majeure. The Promoter shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform its obligations under these T&Cs where such delay or failure results from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, or disruptions to social media platforms.

(e) Platform Disclaimer. This Contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram or TikTok. Contestants acknowledge that they are providing information to the Promoter and not to Instagram or TikTok. Any questions, comments, or complaints regarding the Contest should be directed to the Promoter, not to Instagram or TikTok.

(f) Tax Responsibility. Winners are solely responsible for all applicable taxes, including income tax, arising from receipt of a Prize.

(g) Severability. If any provision of these T&Cs is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

(h) Entire Agreement. These T&Cs constitute the entire agreement between the Promoter and the Contestants with respect to the Contest.

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These T&Cs are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Switzerland, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with the Contest or these T&Cs shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Geneva, Switzerland.
