Terms and Conditions
1. Eligibility
1.1 This promotion is open to UK residents aged 18 or over who are qualified professional hairdressers holding a minimum NVQ Level 2.
1.2 Employees of the Promoter, its group companies, their immediate families, and anyone professionally connected with this promotion are excluded from participating.
2. Entry Requirements
2.1 Only one entry per person will be accepted.
2.2 By entering this promotion, entrants agree that Wella Professionals UK&I may use their entry details, specifically surname, postcode, and country, when announcing winners of competitions and giveaways hosted on Wella United Kingdom & Ireland brand pages.
2.3 To enter, participants must:
a) Follow @wellaprofessionalsuki on Instagram;
b) Like the Color Xpress Competition post;
c) Comment with their favourite Color Xpress shade;
d) Tag one additional Instagram user;
e) Share the post to their Instagram Story.
2.4 Entrants must have a public Instagram account for their entry to be valid.
3. Competition Period
3.1 The promotion opens on 1 December 2025 at 09:00 and closes on 15 December 2025 at 09:00 (“Promotion Period”).
3.2 Entries received outside the Promotion Period will not be accepted.
4. Entry Restrictions
4.1 The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify entries containing inappropriate or offensive language, imagery, or themes.
4.2 Entries posted on channels other than those specified in Clause 2.3, or entries missing required information, will be deemed invalid.
5. Prize
5.1 There is one (1) prize available: a £500 Airbnb voucher.
5.2 No cash or alternative prize will be offered. The prize is non-transferable.
6. Winner Selection
6.1 One (1) winner will be selected at random on 15 December 2025 at 16:00 using an independent online random generator available at:
https://www.wask.co/instagram-giveaway-comment-winner-picker
6.2 The winner will be contacted via Instagram Direct Message by the Promoter’s social media team and announced/ shared via our link in bio.
7. Winner Notification & Publication
7.1 The winner will be notified no later than 17 December 2025 via a reply to their entry comment and via Direct Message from the @wellaprofessionalsuki Instagram account.
7.2 The winner must acknowledge and accept the prize by 22 December 2025.
7.3 If the Promoter does not receive confirmation from the winner by this date, the Promoter reserves the right to withdraw the prize and select an alternative winner.
8. General
8.1 The Promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw this promotion in the event of unforeseen circumstances outside of its reasonable control.
8.2 The Promoter’s decision regarding any aspect of this promotion is final and binding. No correspondence will be entered into.
8.3 This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram. Entrants provide their information to the Promoter, not Instagram.
8.4 These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and participants submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
9. Data Privacy
9.1 The Promoter will process entrants’ personal data (including Instagram handle, surname, postcode, country, and any information required for winner contact) solely for the administration of this promotion, winner verification, publication of results, and prize fulfilment.
9.2 The winner’s surname, postcode and country will be published on a publicly accessible website operated by the Promoter for a period of 12 months following the end of the promotion, in accordance with the Promoter’s legal obligations for the conduct of prize competitions.
9.3 Personal data will be processed in accordance with the Promoter’s privacy policy and applicable data protection laws, including the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR).
9.4 Personal data will not be shared with third parties except where necessary for the administration of the promotion (e.g., winner verification, prize fulfilment).
9.5 Entrants may request access to, correction of, or deletion of their personal data by contacting the Promoter using the details set out in the Promoter’s privacy policy.
9.6 Personal data relating to non-winning entrants will be securely deleted within a reasonable period after the conclusion of the promotion, unless a longer retention period is required by law.
10. Acceptance of Terms
10.1 By entering the promotion, entrants confirm they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and the Promoter’s privacy policy.
