Koleston Perfect Passionistas Challenge

Promoter: Wella International Operations Switzerland S.a.r.l. of Chemin Louis-Hubert 1, 1213 Petit-Lancy, Switzerland ("WELLA" or the "Promoter"). By entering this promotion, you accept and agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions:

1. Eligibility

This promotion is open to professional hair stylists aged 16 years and over, except for employees and their families of the Promoter and its group of companies.

2. Entry Requirements

To participate in this promotion, entrants are required to:

Create a Reel or TikTok video showing the Koleston Perfect shade range in action. Examples include: Favourite shades in use, A client transformation that required a specific KP tone, A "shade wall" or fully stocked KP collection, or A custom mix formula using the full KP palette.

• Publish the content to Instagram and/or TikTok.
• Tag @wellahair and use the hashtag #KolestonPerfectChallenge.

By entering the promotion, you accept all Terms & Conditions hereby.

3. Promotion Period

The competition will be announced to the Wella Passionistas community via private channels on Friday 5th September 2025.

The promotion will run from Friday 5th September 2025 until Friday 26th September 2025 at 11PM CEST.

Entries received after this time will not be counted.

4. Entries

All eligible entries (as defined in clause 2) will be considered for judging.

Entries must be original, stylist-created content and must not contain offensive or inappropriate material.

5. Prize Details

There will be 5 (five) winners.

Each winner will receive:

• A €200 luxury spa voucher of their choice (organised via Instagram DM with Wella and delivered digitally).

• Their content featured on @wellahair’s global feed.

• A personal shout-out across the Wella Passionistas Network.

Total prize pool: €1,000.

Prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable, and no cash alternative is available.

6. Winner Selection & Notification

• Following the close of the competition on 26th September 2025, 5 winners will be selected by a panel of Wella judges based on creativity, originality, alignment with the Koleston Perfect palette, and professional quality.
• Winners will be contacted via Instagram Direct Message from @wellahair on October 1st 2025 by 6PM CEST.
• Winners must acknowledge their prize by replying to the message by midnight CEST on 2nd October 2025.
• If acknowledgment is not received by this time, the Promoter reserves the right to withdraw the prize and select an alternative winner.
• Prizes may take up to 60 (sixty) days from acknowledgment to be delivered.
• Winners may be followed up in the weeks after redemption to share photos from their spa day, which may be featured on the Passionistas channel or other Wella communications.

7. General Conditions

• The decision of the Promoter is final, binding, and no correspondence will be entered into regarding the outcome of this promotion.

• Wella and its partners reserve the right to disqualify any entries containing inappropriate or offensive material.

• The Promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize with one of equivalent value and/or specification.

• The Promoter reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend the promotion where it becomes necessary to do so.

• The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to a technical fault [including but not limited to malfunction, hardware/software failure, satellite, network, or server error].

9. Governing Law

The Terms and Conditions shall be construed under and governed by the Laws of Switzerland. Any dispute arising under or related to this Agreement shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Canton of Geneva.
