Wella Wild Card Driver Chiara Bättig Makes History

At the British Grand Prix, Wella Professionals proudly partnered with Swiss racing driver Chiara Bättig for her unforgettable F1 ACADEMY Wild Card debut.

Racing in Wella’s bespoke red MAKE IT YOU livery, Chiara made history by becoming the youngest-ever F1 ACADEMY pole sitter before securing the highest finish ever achieved by a Wild Card driver.

WELLA GOES FULL SPEED AT SILVERSTONE

Amidst the deafening roar of the engines and an electric atmosphere, Wella rolled up trackside for three days of race-ready transformations at the one and only Silverstone. It was a record-breaking weekend – and not just because Chiara Bättig achieved the highest Wild Card finish in history – but because it saw the first ever Wella Pop-Up arrive at the heart of the F1 ACADEMY paddock.

Racers, celebrities and content creators all stopped by for speedy touch-ups, discovering flawless hair on the fast track with front-runners from our ULTIMATE REPAIR and ULTIMATE SMOOTH ranges. But that wasn't all. From exclusive goodie bags to a special signing session with Chiara, the Wella Pop-Up was all about championing confidence and self-expression – bringing the MAKE IT YOU spirit to life at Silverstone’s iconic track.
